(Company No. 1427927-D), a registered Islamic financial technology provider in Malaysia. Smart Solution Fintech Sdn. Bhd. is licensed to facilitate Shariah-compliant Tawarruq financing products and operates under Malaysian financial regulations. Shariah Compliance Certification All financing products offered through the i-Advance platform are Shariah-compliant. The Tawarruq financing structure has been reviewed, certified, and endorsed by Afsha Shariah Advisory Sdn. Bhd., a recognized Shariah advisory consultant for Islamic financial institutions in Malaysia. The certification confirms that the product complies with the highest Shariah standards applicable to Islamic finance in Malaysia. Our Role Fly Miracle Sdn. Bhd. – App owner, developer, and operator. Smart Solution Fintech Sdn. Bhd. – Licensed financial service provider and product facilitator. Rights & Compliance i-Advance operates exclusively in Malaysia in full compliance with local financial regulations. All intellectual property, trademarks, and platform rights for the i-Advance brand are owned by Fly Miracle Sdn. Bhd. Financing facilities facilitated via the i-Advance platform are solely provided by our licensed partner, Smart Solution Fintech Sdn. Bhd. Shariah compliance certification is valid from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2026, subject to review by Afsha Shariah Advisory Sdn. Bhd.
